Thanks so much for all of the wonderful references! It is working. 
So, we have come to the point where we need put the new client list on hold.
What does that mean?
It means, we are not taking any NEW clients until the end of April. This gives Cathy time to get finished with her vacation and complete the current new client queue.
What does it mean for current clients?
Not a thing! We are still here for you and are doing our best to get your concerns and requests handled in an expedient manner.
