We’ve implemented a few packages to get you started, plus each one represents a significant savings over the individual cost of the items. If you want help with a particular area or wish to look into our hosting services, the A La Carte menu below should answer your pricing questions. Desperately Seeking All the Help I Can Get (Package A)
Great for current bloggers who want to make the switch!
Full Installation of blog, theme, plugins, hosting for a year, your own ~.com, and training!
- Domain Name for one year (additional years will be billed at $9.95/year)
- Hosting* for 1 year (additional years will be billed via automatic payment in PayPal at $20) includes up to two email addresses
- Back-up your current blog’s posts, comments, categories, tags, and attachments.
- Install the latest release of the WordPress blogging software from wordpress.org
- Upload 1 premade WP theme**
- Install and configure Akismet Spam, WP-backup, and 8 additional plugins of your choice
- Install your old blog material at your new location(including regenerating links and forwarding if necessary)

Great for those that already know their way around wordpress and have their own hosting and domain name.

*Hosting is provided by Heather Jacobson and you will be supplied with a username and password so that you may upload files to your site. Please note that you will only have access to YOUR files and no one other than me will have access to YOUR files. You will have the option to set up two email addresses (with webmail or pop3/imap access) upon the start of the agreement.
**A Pre-Made theme is any zipped, “plug and play” theme, meaning that no modifications are necessary to get it running. You may purchase your theme or download(for free!) any of the themes from the Theme Directory at Wordpress.org.
***Training: Wordpress Training will take place in an interactive chat room online in which I can show you your blog, your template and the options you have available to you. We will cover such topics as
- Setting post dates in the future
- How to change your theme
- How to add buttons and banners to your side bar
- How to add pictures to your posts
- How to back up your blog
- How to upload your own themes and plugins
- In addition to any other questions that you might have

I have been blogging for since january 2009 and had to learn
a lot of things through trial and error. I am currently
reading to your training blog and finding it to be very informative.
For anyone that is thinking of starting a training blog I highly recommend this is a good one.
