We will most likely need to ask you some questions, take a peek at the blog, and run some diagnostics. Then we will call you or email you (your choice) with what we find, along with what we think are the best options for solving the problem.

The flat rate includes a 15 minute fix. Anything more than that, we’ll send along our recommendations.
