Do you design themes?
We can’t design our way out of a paper bag. You do not want us designing your site – trust me! But we do have some fabulous designers that we’d love to introduce you to – see our showcase here: https://desperatelyseekingwp.com/category/portfolio
Who do you recommend for hosting WordPress?
Us, of course! We provide a free WordPress installation for all our hosting packages, as well as an annual membership to the client center. We also look after your DNS and email. See this page for how to select a web host.
How do I change the Sidebars?
You can easily add new ‘boxes’ or sections of information to the sidebars through the Appearance>> Widgets panel in your dashboard. The sections on the right (click on them to expand them) are the available ‘sidebars’. The sections on the top left are the available boxes/sections of information (also called widgets). The section on the bottom left of the page are the saved widgets not in use.
Who owns the copyright on your themes?
The client owns the creatives (all the results of the creative service) except for the css/ xhtml/ php theme files which are released under the GPL and are in total compliance to standards set forth by the authors of that license as well as with WordPress.
Can I use your themes on my website?
We design packages for websites using WordPress, on your own Domain Name, and with your own Hosting Account. See the web hosting tab for our competitive domain names and hosting rates.
Do you design on Thesis?
Yes we do. The rates and process is the same, except your theme is a customized version of Thesis, provided under a Client License. This means support is offered through us for the life of the theme.
