I’m talking about Zemanta! Its the neatest thing since blogging began. Once installed, it will show you a grid of 9 or more images that match the content you are writing about, so that you can drag and drop them into your post. It includes all the information that you need to protect the author’s copyright info. AND it also suggests between 6 and 20 related articles across the internet, as well as LINKS.

For example, while writing this post about Zemanta, it suggested the LINK – Zemanta, and the accompanying copyright image that you see here. All I did was click on them and they were automatically put in the right place on this post.

Now, TELL me that isn’t just the coolest thing?!?

Sitepoint has a current list of 30 free stock photo providers.

Some of the sites that I use regularly are:

Barry’s Free Photos

All US Government images are public domain (NASA Image Exchange, and National Park Service, for example)

The tool that I use the most often – nearly every day – is Zemanta. Right in my blog screen, I can add links and images – it is so handy!
