I started a blog in August of 2007 to get rich. Well, I thought I could at least make
some money. As it turns out, most of us don't make a whole heck-of-a-lot with our mommy blogs. Well, not unless you count $0.12 lots of money. But, as most of us have discovered, blogging can become a hobby, a therapy, a lifesaver, and a gaggle of girlfriends all in one. My mommy blog is kind of like my house though. I can’t decide if I’m a mediterranean, cosmopolitan, vintage chic, or shabby kind of girl. And in order to keep up with my
moody whimsical nature, I had to do a lot of theme designing. And then my OCD kicked in, and I had to change
everything about my blog - which meant a
lot more learning. And I've fallen in love with
the perfection that is coding. At best, you can call me a site developer, but I prefer
geeky friend. 2009 - I can't believe its been a whole year already!! Of course, like many of you, the learning continues, the blogging continues, our sites grows every week! And I'm just so thankful for you all, who keep putting your trust in me, and involving me in your online world! New issues in the blogging world seem to be integrity in review blogging, search engine optimization (& schemes), and like a freight train heading down a hill - the
blogging conference WORLD. Perhaps one day I'll see
you face to face at one of these exciting events! Which ones do you plan on attending in 2010? You can also find me at my Gluten Free Food blog. I'd love to tweet with you!! @dswordpress & @multimom, and I
facebook probably way to much!! :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Founding Partner

My name is Heather and I’m a blogaholic. Moreover, I love to help others find a blogging platform that they truly love. For me, that’s WordPress. And while WordPress seems like it’s hard… it’s not. Seriously. I’ve worked with many people who think that they are technology challenged, and can manage to do some pretty nifty things with WordPress. Through this blog, I hope to not only provide you with the information you’re looking for about WordPress but be the one that you think of whenever you need a little help!
