A neat little FREE Keyword Tool – Good Keywords 3
Just found this very cute little site - just a couple programs for download. And the free version - is really free - not just a trial. To use it, you install it on your computer, then you'll need to use the Google Keyword Search tool to download some CSV files (there's a button toward to the bottom of the keyword search results page).
